I provide counselling services from a room located in the centre of Glastonbury. A session lasts 50 minutes. I offer a free initial session during which you can tell me why you're considering counselling and what you hope to gain from it, ask any questions about how the process works, and decide if you'd like to come back. If you do decide to continue, my fees are £40 per session.

Counselling may be of help to you at times of crisis, to help you work through a particular problem, or to address thoughts and feelings that are interfering with your ability to live your life in the way that you want to. If you feel like you might benefit from counselling, then you probably would. Together, we can work out what you need from counselling, and we can decide between us whether I'm able to help.

Room

Like the vast majority of counsellors, I've experienced personal therapy first hand. When you sit in that chair and start to open up about your problems, remember that your counsellor has been in that chair himself. I know what it feels like, and I believe it's an incredibly brave thing to do. One of the reasons I trained as a counsellor is that I know the process works. I've had over 50 hours of personal therapy. It was of great benefit to me, and I offer it to you in the hope that you'll have a similar experience.
